How to apply online for recruitment of Teaching and Non-teaching posts ?

Follow these steps to apply online –

  1. Visit recruitment.hpushimla.in
  2. Click on Apply Job Button on the Navigation menu.
  3. If you are a new user, click on New Registration/Signup Button.
  4. If you already have registration number and password, Login with those credentials.
  5. After login, Please select Job Type and Advertisement Number for which you want to apply for.
  6. On selecting the Job Type and Advertisement Number, a grid list of all the posts will appear.
  7. Click on the button Click here to apply corresponding to the post for which you want to apply for.
  8. Fill in the personal information page, upload photo, signatures and other required documents.
  9. Fill in the experience details, document evaluation page.
  10. Make Online payment.
  11. Check the declaration and take the final printout of the application form for future reference.
  12. In case of Non-teaching posts, there is no need to send the final printout to the HPU until asked for by the university.

Note – Candidates who have already applied for any post under Advertisement No. 18/2020 do not have to apply again for the same post under Advertisement No. 25/2021. However, such candidates may update their information (if any).
