• Admit cards will be generated one week before the scheduled date of entrance examination. Candidates can visit admissions.hpushimla.in to download the admit cards. Click on the "Download Admit Card" button in the header section of homepage. Enter your registration number and password to download the admit card.

After the closing date of online application form, a time period of three days will be given to the candidates to update their information. However, the candidates will not be able to edit the following fields during the correction period -

1. Category
2. Phone Number
3. Email ID
4. Date of Birth

ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की अंतिम तिथि के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को अपनी जानकारी अपडेट करने के लिए तीन दिनों की समयावधि दी जाएगी। हालांकि, उम्मीदवार सुधार अवधि के दौरान निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को संपादित करने में सक्षम नहीं होंगे -

   Please Note - Candidates can update information in their applications even after the correction period ends. To do this, they need to send a correction request to the HPU entrance cell and pay Rs 100 as a fee through an IPO. They can do this until the date of the entrance examination.
   
   

   टिप्पणी -

   सुधार अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद भी उम्मीदवार अपने आवेदन में जानकारी अपडेट कर सकते हैं। ऐसा करने के लिए, उन्हें एचपीयू प्रवेश कक्ष को एक सुधार अनुरोध भेजना होगा और

Counseling Form Application Fee -

An amount of Rs. 500 is charged only once from the candidates for applying in any of the rounds of B.Ed. online counseling. If a candidate has paid an amount of Rs 500 in 1st round then there is no need to pay the counseling fee again in the second round or in any future rounds for that session.

B.Ed. Admission Token fee -

Admission Token fee in Government Colleges - Rs 5000

Admission Token fee in Private Colleges - Rs 5,880

Token fee is charged only once.

काउंसलिंग फॉर्म आवेदन शुल्क -

बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के किसी भी राउंड में आवेदन करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों से केवल एक बार 500 रुपये का शुल्क लिया जाता है। यदि किसी उम्मीदवार ने पहले दौर में 500 रुपये की राशि का भुगतान किया है तो दूसरे दौर में या उस सत्र के लिए भविष्य के किसी भी दौर में फिर से परामर्श शुल्क का भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

सरकारी कॉलेजों में प्रवेश टोकन शुल्क - रु 5000

निजी कॉलेजों में प्रवेश टोकन शुल्क - रु 5,880

टोकन शुल्क केवल एक बार लिया जाता है।

Candidates who can apply for the first round of B.Ed. online counseling -

1. Candidates who had appeared in the entrance test.
2. All candidates who were assigned a merit rank. Merit rank is only assigned to candidates who have scored marks equal to or greater than 53 for general category, or to candidates who scored marks equal to or greater than 45 for SC, ST, OBC, General (Physically handicapped) .

उम्मीदवार जो बी.एड.ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के पहले दौर के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं -

1. उम्मीदवार जो प्रवेश परीक्षा में उपस्थित हुए थे।

Candidates have to fill in atleast one preference in order to become eligible for allocation of seats in the active round of B.Ed. online counseling. Candidates can fill a maximum of 5 preferences.

बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के सक्रिय दौर में सीट आवंटन के लिए पात्र बनने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को कम से कम एक वरीयता भरनी होगी। उम्मीदवार अधिकतम 5 वरीयताएँ भर सकते हैं।

Please follow these steps to fill the online counselling application form:

1. Visit the homepage of the admissions website: Click on the following link to access the official admissions website: Admissions Website .

2. Apply for the active counselling round: Look for a link on the homepage that allows you to apply for the current counselling round. Click on it to proceed.

3. Login with your credentials: On the login page, enter the credentials that were assigned to you when you initially filled out the online application form for the entrance test. This typically includes your username and password.

4. Read and accept the declaration: After logging in, carefully read the declaration provided. Once you've reviewed it, check the box to confirm your agreement with the declaration. This will take you to the personal information page.

5. Complete the personal information section: Enter all the required personal information accurately. If you've applied for Sports or Cultural quota seats, be sure to select your sports and culture priorities as needed.

6. Provide your Graduation/Post-Graduation percentage: Enter your Graduation/Post-Graduation percentage as requested in the application form.

7. Review and submit your information: Before submitting, double-check all the information you've entered for accuracy. Once you're confident that everything is correct, proceed to submit your information.

8. Make the online payment: You'll be directed to the payments page. Here, complete the online payment of Rs 500 as required to move forward with the application process.

9. Select your preferences: After successful payment, you will be redirected to the preferences selection page. It's mandatory to choose at least one preference to be eligible for the seat allotment process. You can select up to 5 preferences according to your preferences.

10. Assign priority to preferences: Once you've chosen your preferences, assign a priority number to each of them based on your preference order. Don't forget to save the application form after this step.

11. Review your application summary: Carefully review the application summary to ensure that all the provided information is accurate. If necessary, make any required changes or corrections at this stage.

12. Submit your application: After verifying all the details, submit your application form. Once submitted, you can download the final printout of the application form for your records and future reference.

Instructions regarding the allocation of sports and culture quota seats for B.Ed. admissions at Himachal Pradesh University -

Priority Submission:

Candidates who have opted for sports/culture quota seats must submit their relevant priorities in the online counselling form. You have the flexibility to enter these priorities in either the first round or the second round of online counselling.

Assessment Trial for Sports and Culture quota:

After the completion of the second round of B.Ed. online counselling, candidates who have applied for sports and culture quota seats will be invited to participate in a assessment trial conducted by the concerned department at Himachal Pradesh University.

Seat Allocation:

The allocation of sports/cultural quota seats will be determined based on the following factors:

- The results of the ground test conducted by the concerned department.

- The priorities entered by the candidates in the online counselling form.

Seat Shifting:

If a candidate has already confirmed their seat in either the first or second round of B.Ed. online counselling, they will be given only one opportunity to request a seat shift. Please note that this option is available only once, and no further seat shifting requests will be entertained.

हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय में बीएड प्रवेश के लिए खेल एवं संस्कृति कोटा सीटों के आवंटन के संबंध में निर्देश -

प्राथमिकता प्रस्तुति:

जिन उम्मीदवारों ने खेल/संस्कृति कोटा सीटों का विकल्प चुना है, उन्हें ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग फॉर्म में अपनी प्रासंगिक प्राथमिकताएं प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी। आपके पास ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के पहले दौर या दूसरे दौर में इन प्राथमिकताओं को दर्ज करने की सुविधा है।


खेल और संस्कृति कोटा के लिए मूल्यांकन परीक्षण:

बीएड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के दूसरे दौर के पूरा होने के बाद, जिन उम्मीदवारों ने खेल और संस्कृति कोटा सीटों के लिए आवेदन किया है, उन्हें हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय में संबंधित विभाग द्वारा आयोजित मूल्यांकन परीक्षण में भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाएगा।


सीट आवंटन:

खेल/सांस्कृतिक कोटा सीटों का आवंटन निम्नलिखित कारकों के आधार पर निर्धारित किया जाएगा:

- संबंधित विभाग द्वारा आयोजित ग्राउंड टेस्ट के परिणाम।

- ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग फॉर्म में अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा दर्ज की गई प्राथमिकताएं।


सीट शिफ्टिंग:

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार ने बीएड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के पहले या दूसरे दौर में अपनी सीट पहले ही पक्की कर ली है, तो उन्हें सीट शिफ्ट का अनुरोध करने का केवल एक अवसर दिया जाएगा। कृपया ध्यान दें कि यह विकल्प केवल एक बार उपलब्ध है, और सीट परिवर्तन के किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Note : Option for Shifting/Upgrading your existing/confirmed college is given in only 2nd and 3rd round of B.Ed. online counseling. Only one shifting is allowed. 

Candidates who are eligible to Shift/Upgrade their existing college -

1. Candidate who has paid the B.Ed. admission fee online in the 1st/2nd round of B.Ed. online counseling and has selected YES in the question "Do you want to change/upgrade your existing college ?"
2. Candidate who has paid the B.Ed. admission fee online in the 1st/2nd round of B.Ed. online counseling and haven't selected anything in the question "Do you want to change/upgrade your existing college ?"

How to Shift/Upgrade your existing college ?

In the 2nd/3rd round of B.Ed. online counseling, Fill out the online counseling form and select the preferences according to your choice. You must select at least one preference to become eligible for the allotment in the 2nd round of B.Ed. online counseling. You can select a maximum of five preferences.

What if my existing College gets Shifted/Upgraded ?

There could be four cases if your existing college is shifted -

Case 1 - Shifting of college from Private to Private :

If a candidate is allotted a new private college in 2nd/3rd round and candidate gets his/her documents verified by that college, then his/her newly allotted college will be considered as confirmed and the previously allotted college seat will get vacant. Admission token fee worth Rs 5880 paid in the 1st/2nd round will be automatically adjusted against the newly shifted college in the 2nd/3rd round. The previous college is liable to transfer the remaining fee deposited by the candidate to the shifted college.

Case 2 - Shifting of college from Private to Government :

If a candidate is allotted a Government college in 2nd/3rd round and candidate gets his/her documents verified by that college, then his/her newly allotted government college will be considered as confirmed and the previously allotted college seat will get vacant. Admission fee paid in the 1st round will be automatically adjusted against the newly shifted college in the 2nd round. Candidate can apply for the refund of Rs. 880 after the completion of B.Ed. online counseling process by submitting a refund application at Department of Education, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla 171005. The college will have to refund the remaining amount paid by the candidate in this case.

Case 3 - Shifting of college from Government to Private :

If a candidate is allotted a Private college in 2nd/3rd round and candidate gets his/her documents verified by that college and pay the additional amount of Rs. 880 online then his/her newly allotted private college will be considered as confirmed and the previously allotted seat of Government college will be considered as vacant. Candidates have to deposit the remaining amount in the shifted college.

Case 4 - Shifting of college from Government to Government :

If a candidate is allotted a Government college in 2nd/3rd round and candidate gets his/her documents verified by that college, then his/her new allotted government college will be considered as confirmed and previously allotted seat will be considered as vacant.

नोट : बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के दूसरे और तीसरे दौर में अपने मौजूदा/पुष्टि किए गए कॉलेज को शिफ्ट/अपग्रेड करने का विकल्प दिया जाएगा।केवल एक बार स्थानांतरण की अनुमति है।

उम्मीदवार जो अपने मौजूदा कॉलेज को शिफ्ट/अपग्रेड करने के पात्र हैं -

1. उम्मीदवार जिसने बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के पहले / दूसरे दौर में बी.एड प्रवेश शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया है और "क्या आप अपने मौजूदा कॉलेज को बदलना / अपग्रेड करना चाहते हैं?" प्रश्न में हाँ का चयन किया है?
   
   
2. उम्मीदवार जिसने बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के पहले / दूसरे दौर में बी.एड प्रवेश शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया है और "क्या आप अपने मौजूदा कॉलेज को बदलना / अपग्रेड करना चाहते हैं?" प्रश्न में कुछ भी नहीं चुना है?

अपने मौजूदा कॉलेज को कैसे शिफ्ट/अपग्रेड करें?

बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के दूसरे / तीसरे दौर में, ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग फॉर्म भरें और अपनी पसंद के अनुसार वरीयताएँ चुनें। बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के दूसरे दौर में आवंटन के लिए पात्र बनने के लिए आपको कम से कम एक वरीयता का चयन करना होगा। आप अधिकतम पाँच प्राथमिकताएँ चुन सकते हैं।

क्या होगा यदि मेरा मौजूदा कॉलेज शिफ्ट/अपग्रेड हो जाता है? 


आपके मौजूदा कॉलेज को स्थानांतरित करने पर चार मामले हो सकते हैं -

केस 1 - कॉलेज को प्राइवेट से प्राइवेट में शिफ्ट करना :

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को दूसरे/तीसरे दौर में एक नया निजी कॉलेज आवंटित किया जाता है और उम्मीदवार उस कॉलेज द्वारा अपने दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करवाता है, तो उसके नए आवंटित कॉलेज को पक्का माना जाएगा और पहले से आवंटित कॉलेज की सीट खाली हो जाएगी। पहले / दूसरे दौर में भुगतान किए गए 5880 रुपये का प्रवेश टोकन शुल्क दूसरे / तीसरे दौर में नए स्थानांतरित कॉलेज के खिलाफ स्वचालित रूप से समायोजित हो जाएगा। उम्मीदवार द्वारा जमा की गई शेष फीस को नए कॉलेज में स्थानांतरित करने के लिए पिछला कॉलेज उत्तरदायी है।

केस 2 - कॉलेज का निजी से सरकारी में स्थानांतरण :

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को दूसरे/तीसरे दौर में एक सरकारी कॉलेज आवंटित किया जाता है और उम्मीदवार उस कॉलेज द्वारा अपने दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करवाता है, तो उसके नए आवंटित सरकारी कॉलेज को पक्का माना जाएगा और पहले से आवंटित कॉलेज की सीट खाली हो जाएगी। पहले दौर में भुगतान किया गया प्रवेश शुल्क दूसरे दौर में नए स्थानांतरित कॉलेज के खिलाफ स्वचालित रूप से समायोजित हो जाएगा। उम्मीदवार बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद 880 रुपये की वापसी के लिए शिक्षा विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय, शिमला 171005 में रिफंड आवेदन जमा कर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। कॉलेज को उम्मीदवार द्वारा भुगतान की गई शेष राशि वापस करनी होगी।

केस 3 - कॉलेज का सरकारी से निजी में स्थानांतरण :

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को दूसरे/तीसरे दौर में एक निजी कॉलेज आवंटित किया जाता है और उम्मीदवार उस कॉलेज द्वारा अपने दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करवाता है और 880 रुपये की अतिरिक्त राशि का भुगतान ऑनलाइन करता है तो उसके नए आवंटित निजी कॉलेज को पक्का माना जाएगा और पहले आवंटित कॉलेज सीट खाली मानी जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों को शेष राशि शिफ्ट किए गए कॉलेज में जमा करनी होगी।

केस 4 - कॉलेज का सरकारी से सरकारी में स्थानांतरण :

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को दूसरे/तीसरे दौर में एक सरकारी कॉलेज आवंटित किया जाता है और उम्मीदवार उस कॉलेज द्वारा अपने दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करवाता है, तो उसके नए आवंटित सरकारी कॉलेज को पक्का माना जाएगा और पहले आवंटित सीट को खाली माना जाएगा।

The correction/editing in online application form for B.Ed. online counseling is usually given in 4th round of B.Ed. online counseling. An amount of Rs 200 is charged from the candidates for making correction in the application form.

Candidates can update following fields during the correction period -

3. Address
4. Mobile Number
5. Email ID
6. Stream
7. Category
8. Whether HP bonafide ?
9. Sports/Culture quota/priorities
10. Graduation and Post Graduation percentage.

बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में सुधार / संपादन बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के चौथे दौर में दिया जाएगा। आवेदन पत्र में सुधार करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों से 200 रुपये का शुल्क लिया जाता है।

सुधार अवधि के दौरान उम्मीदवार निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं -

1. नाम
2. पिता का नाम
3. पता
4. मोबाइल नंबर
5. ईमेल आईडी
6. धारा
7. श्रेणी
8. एचपी बोनाफाइड है या नहीं?
9. खेल/संस्कृति कोटा/प्राथमिकताएँ

10. ग्रेजुएशन और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन प्रतिशत।

Seats are allotted on the basis of preferences selected by the candidates and their merit ranks. Thus seat allotment completely depends on the preferences and merit ranks of all candidates who have applied for that particular round.

उम्मीदवारों द्वारा चयनित वरीयताओं और उनकी योग्यता रैंक के आधार पर सीटें आवंटित की जाती हैं। इस प्रकार सीट आवंटन पूरी तरह से उन सभी उम्मीदवारों की वरीयता और योग्यता रैंक पर निर्भर करता है जिन्होंने उस विशेष दौर के लिए आवेदन किया है।

उम्मीदवार बी.एड में किसी भी दौर की शुरुआत से पहले सरकारी और निजी कॉलेजों में खाली सीटों की सूची B.Ed. online counseling page  पर देख सकते हैं।

If a candidate was allotted a college in active round and he didn't confirm his admission, then the allotted seat will be considered vacant and candidate will no longer be able to claim that seat but he/she will be eligible to apply in the next round of B.Ed. online counseling. College will be allotted to the candidates in 2nd round of B.Ed. online counseling according to the preferences selected by the candidate and his/her merit rank.

यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को सक्रिय दौर में एक कॉलेज आवंटित किया गया था और उसने अपने प्रवेश की पुष्टि नहीं की, तो आवंटित सीट को रिक्त माना जाएगा और उम्मीदवार अब उस सीट पर दावा नहीं कर पाएगा लेकिन उम्मीदवार अगले दौर में आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र होगा . उम्मीदवार द्वारा चयनित वरीयता और उसकी योग्यता रैंक के अनुसार बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के दूसरे दौर में उम्मीदवारों को कॉलेज आवंटित किया जाएगा।

If no college is allotted to you in the active round of counseling, you can re-apply for the next round of B.Ed. online counseling.

यदि काउंसलिंग के सक्रिय दौर में आपको कोई कॉलेज आवंटित नहीं किया गया है, तो आप बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के अगले दौर के लिए फिर से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

If a candidate do not want to join the allotted college, he/she do not have to get his/her documents verified by the college or to pay online admission fees. Such candidates can re-apply in the next round of B.Ed. online counseling.

यदि कोई उम्मीदवार आवंटित कॉलेज में शामिल नहीं होना चाहता है, तो उसे कॉलेज द्वारा अपने दस्तावेजों को सत्यापित करने या ऑनलाइन प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। ऐसे उम्मीदवार बी.एड ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के अगले दौर में फिर से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
